In Loving Memory of My Dearest Friend
My dear friend Krista Desatoff went home on August 1st to be with her Lord and Savior. She was my mentor mom, my confedont and my dearest friend. Krista was a Godly women who loved her family, her friends and her job as a 3rd grade teacher. Two years ago she was named "Teacher of The Year" for her school district. Everyone loved her and she always brought a smile to the face of everyone she came in contact with. I'm gonna miss her terribly.
I love you my dear friend! Thank you for being so wonderful to me and my family. Thank you for all the fun talks over coffee, frozen yogurt, and all those yummy dinners. Thank you for teaching me about life. And thank you for all your wonderful advice...even the stuff I didn't want to hear. You are forever in my heart and forever my friend!
I love you!!!

I never got to make Krista a cake and felt it was only right to make one for the day of her celebration service. I made my first 3 tiered cake for the reception. The words on the cake were from her white board in her home. She wrote these bold words describing herself. I later found out it was from the bible. She exemplified every word in the scripture.
