Beach Themed Bridal Shower:

An old dear friend contacted me to create cupcakes for a bridal shower she was hosting. The theme of the shower was a "beach" theme. I created flip-flops and flowers out of fondant, sand out of graham crackers, and sea-shells out of chocolate. The cupcakes were lemon cupcakes with lemon buttercream and white cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.
Also, for some fun I made sugar cookies shaped into bikinis and swim trunks. It was a cute and fun theme! Thanks Judy and Aly!!

Nightmare Before Christmas Birthday Party:

This celebration took place at a park in Irvine for a four year old little boy. He loved "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and his mother contacted me to create cupcakes to match the theme.
Cupcakes: Chocolate and white cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.
The special cupcake on the top tier was dipped in milk chocolate and topped with vanilla buttercream.

Faces were created with chocolate frosting.

Stand was built by hand.

High School Banquet:

My husband works for a High School and thought is would be great for me to make cupcakes for his schools banquet. This was a very large order...400 cupcakes to be exact.
Cupcakes were chocolate and white cupcakes with vanilla butercream. Accents on the cupcakes were made out of chocolate and a dusting of sprinkles.

"S" is for Sonora High School.

"Kentucky Derby"

About two weeks ago, I received a cupcake order requesting my cupcakes to be dressed up for the Kentucky Derby. Fancy hats, red roses and of course, horses had to be present for these little sweet treats.
I made white cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. As well as, devils chocolate cupcake with oreo cookie buttercream.
Horseshoes were made out of milk chocolate. The fancy hats were sugar cookies topped with fondant. All other accents we made with fondant as well.

"West Side Burnie"
This was the colors and attire that the Jockey for "West Side Burnie" wore in the race.

My complete order together.
